After updating page Blocks disappear

Hello,

As I am editing my page I have added new pre-built blocks, then once I have them selected and in place I hit “Update” to save them and the page reloads and the blocks I’ve just added disappear.
This has happened multiple times on different web browsers (firefox and safari).

Any help is appreciated.
