Hello,
The backup to google drive only worked once. It’s been several weeks since it’s worked. Under Backup Storage, it shows google drive is authorized. So, I went ahead and removed total upkeep access permission to google drive to see if this would make a difference. It didn’t. “Authorized” is still checked. Now that it no longer has permission, I don’t see any way to give permission again.
When I click the Configure link and set that up, I get this notice, “Unable to get backup folder “BoldGrid Backup” (with a parent id of “”). Error 401: Invalid Credentials.” I’m pretty sure the credentials are invalid because backup no longer has access to google drive.
Any help you could provide is appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out with your Total Upkeep questions although I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with Google Drive Authorization. If you’re receiving this error it means somehow the your authorization was interrupted and will need to reestablished.
We have a guide that you can follow that explains how to properly reauthorize Total Upkeep with Google Drive. Can you try following the doc and let us know if you continue to have issues afterward?
Thank you, were definitely looking forward to helping you resolve this quickly! Let us know if you have any questions for us.
