I have a background photo on my website pages, however, the photo is not showing on my IPhone screen, just have white background instead. what would be the problem?

Thanks for submitting a question background images not showing in BoldGrid phone view. The theme layouts change depending on the device. You can edit the behavior of the background images in the Customizer. Some themes magnify the background image and some may collapse it entirely depending on how other elements are situated on the page.
I advise using the phone device view while in the customizer, so you can edit the background elements and preview them at the same time.

While I’m working in the Customizer on the dashboard, and toggle between device views, it looks fine, but when I use my smart phone or tablet to view, it doesn’t work and the photo is magnified. mymoolelo.com

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the experience you are having, we are looking into the login issues now. The login is just for tracking your BoldGrid Keys, we do not have a ticket system. But, you can always post a question here in our public forums anonymously.
I recommend testing with the Phone View option to verify how it will look. Can you provide a link to the site for us to test further?

I’m experiencing a similar problem. My background is OK when I check it on the device previews when building the page.
The background is displayed nicely on iPhone and iPad but not on my android device. What could be the issue?
