Hello,
I put a ticket in a couple days ago and haven’t heard back. Bold timeline was built into our theme when we bought it. There’s some changes that need to be may on it but Bold Timeline won’t save when we make the changes. The save button was grayed out. We don’t know know if this was a trial plugin or something that came with the theme or what. If it is we did not know at the time of purchase. Do we need to pay for the paid version of this plugin? If we do will it work at that point? We really need to be able to get it to work. We have content on there that needs to be corrected fairly immediately. We can see the content just can’t save the update we make to it.
