We’ve received a few reports that the BoldGrid Editor is not appearing for users running WordPress 4.6.
If you’re editing an article in BoldGrid and you do not see the Visual / Text buttons towards the top right of the editor, this quick tutorial will show you how to fix that.
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard
- In the left menu, hover over Users and click Your Profile.
- Put a check in the box next to Disable the visual editor when writing.
- Enter a Nickname (found in the middle of the page). The nickname needs to be there in order for any changes on this page to be saved.
- Click Update Profile at the bottom of the page.
- Uncheck the box next to Disable the visual editor when writing.
- Click Update Profile at the bottom of the page.
Following the steps above essentially disables and then enables the visual editor again.
