Boldgrid is Overridding Woo Commerce in Status

I downloaded the Woo Commerce Plugin recommended by Boldgrid and watched the You tube. On the Status window I can not link and integrated the payment Provider we use SQUARE and the report list numerous lines of Boldgrid is Overriding the Theme-themes. I went thru hours of reading and went to Woo Support and they are not responsible to support their plugins on Boldgrid and that I should now get help from you.  Both my Boldgrid theme and all plugins are up to-date even as indicated in code by Boldgrid, Wood Press and Woo. I need this capability to sell clients fixed asap…it’s now been a week of emails and a week of frustration.
