Is there telephone, or live support available? I’m having a problem with telephone number not working on mobile devices.

Thank you for your question regarding phone and live support. BoldGrid does not have a Live Support system in place currently. If you are a customer of one of our preferred hosts, then they offer full support. You will simply need to contact their support team for assistance.
