BoldGrid Wedge Theme no longer working

I’ve been using the free version of the Wedge Version: 1.15.9 theme for years and it’s been working fine. But in the past month it seems to have stopped working, making my entire website stop working. I have not recently made any updates or changes.

In recovery mode, I tried updating to the most recent version, but it doesn’t seem to have helped. This is the error message I’m getting:

Theme could not be resumed because it triggered a fatal error.

Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

Did something change in how the script works causing this failure or is the free version just no longer free? Not looking forward to rebuilding my entire site…
