Hi – I’m developing the website using the crio theme. I’ve found the spot under appearances to add in an image to serve as an icon on the browser tab and I’ve uploaded it and can it in that section, but it doesn’t show up on the browser tab itself. Any suggestions?

Thanks for contacting BoldGrid support and thanks for using our newest theme Crio!
After adding your browser icon you may need to hard refresh your website in order to see it. Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R). You may also need to clear the cache if using a caching plugin.
If you are still unable to see it, please let us know what browser you are using. Do you see anything in that space or is it just empty? Are you able to attach a screenshot?
Thanks,

I’m using it on the desktop as a background but it looks terrible on mobile. Can you advise? When I upload it as a photo instead of background, it doesn’t go across the whole length of the site like it does as a background. Is there anyway for it to remain this wide on the desktop but still see the whole image on mobile?
