I was having a problem with WP Super cache plugin so deleted it because my editor screen had an error. I now installed W3 Total cache and have the same issue. I can’t post or edit with new post or page. Does this plugin work in 2017 theme? I printed off the Compatibility check and it shows a lot of red with things not detected. When I installed it there was no content plugin file to upload in directory.

Could the problem be my theme?

    Thanks

    Hello Mary,
Thank you for reaching out and thanks for using W3 Total Cache. I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
The compatibility check does not have anything to do with this. It’s only showing available modules.
As for your issue, I can see that the W3TC is currently active on your website, can you confirm that you are still experiencing the issue?
Can you please share the screenshot of the error you are seeing?
Have you tried switching to the default 2020 theme and see if the issue persists?
    Thanks!
