Hi there,
I hope you can help.
Ive the Pro version of the plugin and have followed the Quick Start Guide exactly.
In addition to following these steps exactly, I’ve also enabled the Eliminate Render Blocking Issues (which were slowing down the website).
The issue now is that the website renders in as per a mobile device, regardless of whether viewed on Desktop/ Laptop or large tablet in error.
It would seem that the user agent is not detecting the viewport?
If you can offer any assistance I would appreciate it.Kind regards,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
When I’ve checked the website, I can see the Hamburger menu, which is of course mostly related to Mobile versions of the websites.
Can you please confirm that this is the problem you are seeing?
I bypassed the cache and the result was the same. Can you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing, and also, please disable W3 Total Cache and take another screenshot of what the website actually supposed to look like.
Thanks!April 14, 2022 at 5:24 am #50143GrahamGuestHi Marko,
Many thanks for your prompt reply, its much appreciated.
I have attached both screenshots of how it should appear on desktop & also how it appears (with mobile hamburger menu) which is the mobile template mode for the website.
I have deactivated the plugin and the website is presenting as it should now that the plugin is inactive.
The theme we are using is Avada and I also followed the instructions as per this post on the website: https://www.boldgrid.com/support/w3-total-cache/how-to-configure-avada-and-w3-total-cache/Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

Thank you for the information. Yes, I can see the difference now, and most likely the problem is that the cache needs to be separated for desktop and other user agents.
You can achieve this by going to Performance>Cache Groups, and under Manage User Agent Groups, enable both groups, select your current theme from the Theme: Dropdown menu, save all settings and purge the cache.
Let me know if this helps!
