    Hello,

There seems to be an ongoing issue with our clients website (https://omegafunds.com/) in that every time they update their CMS, they can’t see any of their updated content on the front end. I am unable to replicate this issue and I can see all content updated on my end everytime they are updated. Our client is based in America and this issue only happens for them, they have tried multiple different device and browser configurations and they still get the same issue.

We believe that we have isolated the issue to the W3 total cache plugin as when disabled, this issue no longer presents itself. Only when the plugin is enabled does this bug occur. We have updated the plugin to it’s latest version and the issue remains the same.

Please could you help advise what we can do to solve this.

    Best regards
    Tim

    Hello Tim,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked the website and busted the cache, and both versions look the same for me. Can you please share what is actually updated? Content or some styling of the website?
Is there a chance you could share what it suppose to look like (before and after disabling W3TC), because I can see that the W3 Total Cache is installed and active, and again, I am not seeing the difference when the cache is bypassed?

    Thanks!

Hi Marko, thanks for coming back to me.

So my client has today removed “Aimee Black” from the team page (https://omegafunds.com/team/). both myself (based in the UK) and my client (based in the US) could see this change take effect on the front end straight away. The client has since added “Aimee Black” back onto the team page and although I can see this recent update my client, once again, cannot.

This issue only seems to be happening when W3 total Cache is enabled.

    I hope this helps?

    Best regards
    Tim

    Hey Tim,

    Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, I can also see the changes.
The possible issue may be that the website was open in the browser, and it was not reloaded. Even if the cache is purged, browsing through the website after this will still show the old cached pages.
So they should check in the incognito window, or reload the page crtl+f5

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hello,

They have purged cache, checked in ingoc and hard reload the page, however they are still facing intermittent issues with content not displaying for them on the front end.

    Best regards

    Hello Tim,

Is there any additional layer of caching like server-side caching or CDN?
    Thanks!

    Hello,

No other caching is enabled. No CDN or Server side.

    Hey Tim,

    Thank you for your feedback.
I am asking this because I can see the following headers:
    X-Cdn-Cache-Status:
    X-Origin-Cache-Status:

Can you please let me know about these?
    Thanks!
