I’m trying to line up my header logo with the primary menu on the right so they line up flush horizontally across the top. I can do it by selecting upper right in the Display location, but then the submenus don’t show up anymore! Are submenus only available using ‘Primary’ menu only and if so, is there a way to make the primary menu sit flush on the right side?

Thank you for your question about aligning menu items. Unfortunately, the picture you provided does not resolve, so I cannot see the illustration of the problem. However, I would be happy to try to replicate the issue in a test site. Which BoldGrid theme are you using?
