When I first installed Boldgrid, I did not realize that I got a Premium Connect key from my web hosting service (InMotion) I then uninstalled Boldgrid from my wordpress and then re-installed and tried to get the premium key to work. It will not take. I have also tried to change the key in the phpMyAdmin but it does not seem to update in the Boldgrid website. It still shows that my website is connected to the free key not the premium key.
If you’re not able to connect to the website upon using the Premium key, then it may need to be re-issued. In order for us to investigate the issue, we will need you to provide some information using the feedback widget option.
