Cannot change color of bullets or hyperlinks

I’ve created a couple of pages that have a bullet list and a hyperlink on them. The actual bullets and they hyperlinked text both appear in black colored font, while the rest of the text on the page is white. The entire page should have white text and bullets, but I cannot figure out how to change it. Any ideas?

Thanks for the question about changing the font colors for bullet text. You should be able to go to the block, find the editor option (orange) and then select font and change color there. Here’s an example where I change the color:
