Hi,
I’ve never seen anything like this so I’m hoping there’s a simple solution I’m missing. I’m new to Crio so I might just not understand how it’s supposed to work.
I am working on editing my header. I am trying to change the hyperlinks, both the text and the link.
–When I hover over the hyperlinks and buttons, there isn’t an option to edit them.
–When I click and drag, I can briefly see the option to edit. But as soon as I’m not clicking, it disappears…so I can’t click on it to edit.
Here’s a screen recording of what’s happening: https://vimeo.com/897989020/3cadfe9371?share=copyI checked for updates for all the BoldGrid plugins (nope) and the only extra plugin I’ve added since I’ve started working on this (clearly I’m right at the beginning of the process!) is SurveyMaker and deactivating it doesn’t fix the problem so it’s not a plugin conflict.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I see you are working inside of the Crio Pro WordPress theme Custom Header Builder. I want you to know if you’re are attempting to edit the menu links directly you’ll need to modify them from the “Menus” dashboard of your WordPress admin area or the “Menus” section of the WordPress customizer.
It looks like you’ve done everything right in your video, you’re working inside of the Custom Page Header Builder from Crio here. Once you’ve added your hyperlink there the next step is to “Publish” the edits from the right hand sidebar then view the page by clicking the “Preview’ option to see your changes live.
I hope this helps Robin, please let us know if you have any other questions for us.
