When we set up our boldgrid site, we had the option to add text under the header (and in front of the photo) on our home page. Now, we can’t change that wording, delete it, or anything. It seems that boldgrid thinks it’s a widget, but when I go to edit it as if it were a widget, nothing shows in the text editing box and I can’t even click there to type. Can you help?

Thank you for contacting us. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information. As a test, are you able to add a new widget to the area?
Turning on WordPress debugging may provide a more detailed error message.
Try disabling any other 3rd party plugins you have installed, other than BoldGrid.
Also, review anything you were working on before this started occurring.
Can you provide a link to the site for us to test?
Thank you,
John-Paul
