    We can’t pay with credit card or Paypal for the Pro version of w3totalcache.

    Just to confirm, I am seeing 3 unsuccessful transactions for the W3 Total Cache Pro from N Lorenz with the same email address. Can you please confirm this is the transaction you are referring to?
    If this is the case, what I am seeing in our system is that the payment was declined with the message:

    The customer’s bank has declined their card. The customer will need to contact their bank to learn the cause.

    have you tried reaching out to your bank to learn the cause of why this transaction was declined?

    Hello,

    I retry with an another credit card and it doesn’t work. My two cards and my paypal work well in other site. Do you have a another payment plateform to have the PRO version ? We really need it to optimize our website. Can I pay you in your Paypal account directly ?

    Thank you for your feedback.
    We are still getting the same message and that is that the transaction was declined by your bank
    If you have PayPal you can use PayPal to purchase the W3 Total Cache
    Pal

    Do you have another payment method ?
    Or can we transfer directly with Paypal to an e-mail adress ?
    We try with 3 credits cards and with one Paypal account and nothing works.
