Hello,
I selected some images and it appears I need to pay for them. I was redirected from WP to BoldGrid and can’t seem to see any option to purchase the coins from my newly created BoldGrid profile.
Also, I was asked for a BoldGrid connect key within Word Press and I don’t have that or know where to get it.
Could you please help? My key aim is to understand the cost for those images.

Coins can be purchased through your BoldGrid Central account in the Connect Keys section of that dashboard. Once you are on the Connect Keys page locate the key you want to add Coins to and click on it to show the expanded options. You should then see a Purchase Coins icon which you can use to select a Coins package and start getting your image licenses.
Your Coins balance is tied to the Connect Key that they are purchased for and you will need to make sure that your website is configured to use the key that you purchased Coins for. You can update which key is used on your website by navigating in the WordPress dashboard to Settings > BoldGrid Connect. You will see a link on the BoldGrid Connect Settings page that you can click to change the Connect Key assigned to your website.

Was able to purchase the coins and subsequently pay for the images however, some of the images still have watermarks on my site like the first image that pops up on our homepage (https:// www. myhustleproject.com/) and this one (https:// www. myhustleproject.com/product/individuals/). Could you please correct this? Or how can I correct it?

I’m glad to hear you were able to purchase your images. I checked out the two pages you mentioned, and I’m not seeing any watermarks on those images.
I’m interpreting “the first image that pops up” as the image of the man surrounded by blackboard scribbles on your homepage, and the woman in the blazer jacket on your product/individuals page. Please correct me if I’m not looking at the right ones.
It’s possible you might have been seeing cached versions of the images. Try checking your page out in a private browsing or “incognito” window, and see if you can see the updated versions that way. If that works, try clearing your browser cache.
I am unable to purchase coins in Bold Grid. I am being told to purchase coins in Web Hosting Hub but I am unable to purchase coins there. What do I need to do?

You can purchase coins in your BoldGrid Central Account, in the Connect Keys section. Since you received your BoldGrid Connect Key through one of our partnered WordPress hosting providers, Web Hosting Hub, be sure that you’re logging into BoldGrid Central with the same primary email address you have on record with them.
Once you are logged into BoldGrid Central, navigate to the Connect Keys section and locate the key that you want to purchase Coins for and select the Purchase Coins option.
