I changed the background image and now mjy navigation links are invisible. I need to change them. How?
August 1, 2018 at 4:39 pm #22232Arnel CMemberHello Nik,
Thanks for the question about fixing your navigation links so that they are visible. “Navigation links” may mean different things to different people, so please specify what you mean by it. If you can provide a screenshot of what you’re trying to change then we can be more specific about what you need to do. If you are making an interface change that is not part of the Customizer or Administrator dashboard, then you will need to make changes to the code – typically, a CSS change. To learn more about learning how to find these changes, please review our tutorial on how to use the Chrome Inspect tool to find where to make CSS changes.
If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Kindest regards,
Arnel C.

A screenshot won’t help since the links are the same color as the background – invisible. But you can see it on solutioncells.org.
Run the mouse past the Home link in line to the right. The others will light up when mouseover.
The only change I made was the change the background image – via the Boldgrid & WP tool. I made no changes to the CSS.
I have gone through the Primary Menu section, the widgets section, the fonts section and the color palette section of boldgrid. I cannot change this simple thing anywhere.
Funny how these time saving and simple tools end up taking so much time and frustration over the simplest, seemingly most trivial things. If I can’t change the link color I will need to completely start over on the design concept because it’s based on simplicity, white background.
BTW – I just spent 5 min trying to figure out how to add a screenshot to this post. I have failed. Will you tell me how please?

I posted a reply but I cannot see it. Your system seems to have stolen my time.
Here it is again:
Next to the Home link there are a couple more. Home is selected, and visible. The rest are white – and invisible.
You can see it better live: https://solutioncells.org
The only change I made was the background image and that was via Boldgrid. I did not make any changes to the CSS.
I did try:
Primary navigation
Widgets
Fonts
Color pallette
Thanks
