Hello there,
Recently I’ve had an issue with my PDF vouchers not printing their background image… through testing, I found out it was the w3 total cache plugin.
Has this ever happened before? Do you have any pointers as I love your plugin? Maybe we can solve this together.Jeff

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Just to confirm, you disabled the W3 Total Cache and the issue was gone?
Can you please share which plugin you are using for the PDF vouchers?
Also, please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issueThanks!
January 20, 2022 at 11:53 am #47064Jeffrey BauldGuestI will do this but the site is being opened today to customers so I’ll have to wait until it’s closed for a restock again. Will keep you posted. The plugin was woocommerce pdf vouchers. When the background process would run it would produce the vouchers without the background image… So the vouchers would be text only. Will reply soon.

Thank you for the information.
Please make sure that the caching and Minify are disabled for logged-in users in Performance>Page Cache and Performance>Minify.
