Hi BoldGrid team.
We need help in putting Google Ads spaces in our website so it could display ads before and after the header. We already have Google Ads activated and the ads are already showing up in our website but, they do not show before and after the header. We are using Crio. Hope you have solution for this. Please advise. Thanks.

Our team is happy to answer any questions you have about designing your website with Crio!
The best way to get your Google Ads displaying in the appropriate areas on your website is to use the Header Layout controls available in Crio to customize your page design. Use the Header Layout controls to add Widget areas above and below your website branding and menus to get started.
Once those widgets are added to your header you can use the Edit Sidebar option for each widget area to open the widgets controls for the new widget areas. Add a Custom HTML widget to both locations and paste the Google Ad markup in each one to get the adds displaying before and after your other header elements.
I hope that this helps you get your Google Ads placed as expected on your website and please let us know if you have any other questions for us!

Thanks for the response but we already tried that before and it did not work. There were still no ads showing in those areas. We also tried it again after reading your reply and they’re still not showing up. Please check out our site. Please advise.
Thanks and regards.
April 2, 2021 at 12:37 pm #35651Joseph WKeymasterHi Bernard, sorry to hear that there are still some problems with your Google ads not displaying correctly.
I did some more digging in the Google AdSense Help Center and one of the things recommended in there is to use Google’s Site Kit WordPress plugin to manage ads on your website. Installing that plugin might help you get the ads working properly on your website.
The Site Kit plugin also has a very active support forum on WordPress.org and you might want to try asking there to see if anyone on that team is able to determine why Google Ads are not showing up as expected.
Please let us know if they find any issues caused by our theme that might be hindering AdSense performance and we will do everything we can to make the appropriate corrections on our end.
