Hi,
I have Crio installed but I want to try around different wordpress themes to see if those themes better fit my needs. However, when I try to “live preview” other themes installed, I get a page that says critical error.
Email from wordpress below:
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Crio Premium.
First, visit your website (https://www.chasingdramas.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.chasingdramas.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.chasingdramas.com%2F&theme=newspaper-up&changeset_uuid=1d4f9f53-d761-442f-beda-b4d5a5918356&return=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.chasingdramas.com%2F) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.2.2
Active theme: Newspaper Up (version 1.0.3)
Current plugin: Crio Premium (version 1.10.1)
PHP version 8.1.17Can you please advise?
Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out with your Crio Pro WordPress theme questions!
It looks like your theme preview is having compatibility issues with the Crio Premium plugin and not the theme itself. You can navigate to the Plugins dashboard of your WordPress site and temporarily deactivate the Crio Premium plugin. This should allow you to preview your installed themes, just be sure to switch the Crio Premium plugin back on if you do decide to stick with Crio.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if there’s anything else that we can help with Karen.
