I purchased, installed, and activated the Crio Pro plugin. Customize keeps asking me to upgrade to Crio Pro. I reinstalled the plugin to no effect. What to do?

The most common cause of this is that the BoldGrid Connect Key associated with your Crio purchase is different from the one you’re using on the site. I’d recommend reaching out to our Pro Support Team so we can check on your license(s) and combine your subscriptions if necessary.
December 28, 2020 at 3:30 pm #32516Tom WolfGuestI have asked for help with this without reply. I paid for Crio Pro almost 6 weeks ago and I am not able to the Pro features. All install steps and troubleshooting are been taken. I hope this can be resolved before I need to look for other options.
December 28, 2020 at 3:39 pm #32559Joseph WKeymasterHi Tom, sorry to hear there have been some problems getting Crio Pro working on your website!
Our Premium Support team recently responded to your ticket in with them and it sounds like all of your Premium subscriptions are spread across multiple Connect keys. Combining those subscriptions into a single Connect key will ensure that you have all of your Premium features working properly on your website.
Our Premium Support team needs verification of account ownership before they can start consolidating your licenses and please respond to their message with the requested information so they can get this sorted out for you!
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
