I’m using Crio Premium as my website theme. Ever since i updated to WP 6.3.1 I’m unable to make any updates to my theme. It does say your theme is only compatible up to WP 6.2. Is there any plans to upgrade your plug in to work with version 6.3.1? Thanks.

Thanks a lot for reaching out, I can confirm that the latest version of Crio Pro WordPress theme is compatible with WordPress Version 6.3.1.
Can you make sure that your Crio WordPress Theme as well as the Crio Pro plugin are both up to date. Respectively the latest versions are Version: 2.21.0 (theme) and Version: 1.10.1 (plugin). The latest versions of both can be found in your BoldGrid Central account from the “Crio Pro” section.

September 18, 2023 at 4:12 pm #105705Gina RichardGuestHi, thanks for the response. I can confirm that my current theme is Crio version 2.21.0 and that my Crio Premium plugin is version 1.10.1. I do get a warning message when clicking on See Details of the plugin that says: Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.. In the margin it says it’s compatible up to 6.2. Again, I am using WP version 6.3.1.
I am still unable to access any theme related options at all for Crio. Obviously, I can switch to another theme but it wreaks havoc on the site I’ve designed. I’d like to continue using Crio but I’m not sure where to go from here.

Thanks for getting back to us! Looks like you are on the most recent versions of the theme as well as the Crio Premium addon so it shouldn’t be giving you those warnings.
I did see that you started a ticket with our premium support team for this issue. Since it seems like you are having a deeper issue I’d recommend following up through that ticket as we’d be able to share more details and offer more in-depth troubleshooting on this.

This issue has been resolved, you can visit your WordPress “Plugins” section and update your Crio Premium plugin to the latest version available. If the message does not go away right away visits the WordPress “Updates” section and click the “Check Again” link and that should resolve it.
