Hi, I have just installed Rankmath PRO on my wordpress site however it does not work with the Crio theme, the free version does however, I would like to be able to use the Crio theme and Rankmath Pro together are you able to make this happen?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble using the Rankmath PRO SEO plugin with our Crio Pro WordPress theme. While we strive for maximum compatibility with popular plugins, there can occasionally be conflicts or issues.
Can you tell us exactly what you’re experiencing after installing Rank Math Pro? Also what is the correct functionality?
Without more details my first suggestions to resolve this error would be to try deactivating all other plugins except for Rankmath PRO to see if the issue resolves itself. If it does, reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the one causing conflict.
Based on similar issues I’ve seen in the past I would say if you’re running JetPack or Wordfence on your site that could likely be the culprit.
You can also try enabling WP_DEBUG to see if it reveals any errors. If so you can copy/paste them into the thread here for us to review.

When in the backend creating or editing pages, posts ect. The Rank Math SEO Plugin comes up at the bottom with its functionalities. See images
In the images there is one where the PRO plugin is installed and it is just an empty space. The second is where PRO is deactivated and the free version is working as it should. Both pictures should look the same but with the PRO for some reason nothing comes up.
I have done a Debug as you have suggested and it didn’t come up with anything. I have deactivated all plugins to see if it was a plugin issue and that didn’t work.
The only time the PRO version worked was when I activated a standard wordpress theme. This leads me to believe that the PRO version is conflicting with the Crio theme somewhere along the line.

Further on from my previous message, I have found that Rankmath Content AI plugin also has the same issue when the RankMath SEO Pro version is installed.
It does work when I deactivate the SEO PRO version or if I change the theme to a standard wordpress theme.

You can reach BoldGrid Premium Support from your BoldGrid Central Dashboard. After logging in to BoldGrid Central click the “Help” (question mark) icon in the upper right hand corner then scroll down and select Premium support to start a new ticket.
