hi the crio theme is not working after the wp 6.2 update. my website is down. blank page and i got mail with errors. what can I do

You mentioned you received an email with errors listed. Could you copy/paste those errors into the thread here? Also, can you send us the URL of your website so that we can inspect it using our browser tools?

Could you please enable wp_debug on your your website so that it will display any error message you might be receiving?
Our team is aware of an ongoing issue with DreamHost customers experiencing the same fatal error on PHP 8.1. We have started a ticket with our developers to investigate and this should be resolved quickly.
We hope to have this fixed in the next update to Crio which will be released soon. If you’d like to check in on the progress of this you are more than welcome to reply back to this thread.
We do apologize for the inconvenience, if you’re able to enable wp_debug to record your error message it would be a great help in determining your specific issue.
