    Hi there,

I have manually installed BoldGrid Inspirations on top of a fresh WordPress 4.9.8 install.

Using the Customizer, I am able to make changes to things like the site tagline and background image and publish them, but as soon as I try to make changes to colors, fonts (so both CSS related) but also menus, and hit Publish, I get the error “Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.”

Can anyone recommend where to start looking to fix this? I can edit default themes using the standard customizer, this problem only occurs once I have installed BoldGrid and am trying to customize the BoldGrid themes.

I really like the look of BoldGrid and am considering the premium upgrade, but it’s not going to be worthwhile for me unless I can customize my themes!

    Hello,

I’m sorry to see that you are experiencing difficulties in saving your changes when using the Customizer. Unfortunately, I am unable to diagnose the cause of this issue to provide a response that includes how to fix this. I recommend ensuring that your plugins for BoldGrid are all up to date and that you are using an Inspiration or a BoldGrid certified theme. If you are experiencing further issues, please be sure to provide additional details that help to replicate the issue you are experiencing. These details should include the version(s) of each plugin you are using and the exact steps you are taking to replicate the issue you are reporting.
