Hello,
I have a seasonal business and website. Last spring, I was told the Diced theme was ‘legacy’ and no longer upgraded. I had an issue with it not working with WooCommerce, and it was because the theme was outdated.
Is this still the case with Diced? On your themes support page, it says to visit the support center if you have Diced (one of many themes). But in the support center is information about how to build a website within that theme. I don’t see anything that says Diced isn’t supported anymore.
In my WP dashboard on the Plugins page, however, it says:
“Your theme (Diced) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”
I am clueless about this. I’m a farmer, not a web designer. I need this to be as simple and efficient as possible. Most importantly, I need WooCommerce to work.
On your website, I don’t see any available themes except Crio. Is that the only option? I’m not in a position to build a new website. I like the one I have. I don’t want to start over, and I’m really frustrated with the lack of information about what’s available and how to move forward.
Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using Diced WordPress theme with BoldGrid Post and Page Builder!
You’re correct Diced is considered a legacy theme but your WooCommerce templates should be up to date so I’m thinking a couple of things could be off.
Can you first check the “Themes” section of your WordPress dashboard, click the “Diced” theme to open its properties and verify the theme version for us?
I would also like for you to navigate to Settings > BoldGrid Connect > Update Channels and make sure both Plugins and Themes are both set to Stable.

The version is 1.25.9, and both those boxes are checked as Stable.

Those are the correct settings, I’m not sure why your woocommerce templates are older versions but could you try replacing your Diced theme file with the zip file below. I’m certain that the updated woocommerce templates are present here.
I hope this helps!

We’ve identified the issue. We have some global WooCommerce templates that are out of date. I’ve relayed this our developers and we should have a patch released for it sometime this week. I’ll be sure to reach back out to you as soon as it releases!
