Hi, Using the Diced theme, the Call To Action window (I think that is what it’s called: the one with the default phrase “We have a lot of fresh ideas..”) keeps disappearing, the only way to get it back is to reload the theme. Any suggestions to resolve it without reloading the theme?

Thank you for contacting us. In our tests the “Call to Action” on the Diced theme is working correctly.
We are happy to help you troubleshoot further, but will need some additional information. Does it disappear randomly, or when working on the site? For example, does it happen after making changes to a page?
Can you provide a link to the site for us to test?
Did you use any custom Javascripts, or CSS?
Have tried disabling any additional 3rd party plugins you may be using?
