Thank you for your question on esignature compatibility with BoldGrid. The best way to test whether the issue is with BoldGrid compatibility is to disable the BoldGrid plugins and see if it works. If so, then the issue would be with one of the BoldGrid plugins. If not, then it may be another plugin or the signature plugin itself that is the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply, Scott. I disabled the BoldGrid plugins like you recommended to test the issue, and the problem is still there. Must be an issue with the actual plugin then, or with something else I have loaded.
I need document signing functionality for our business, and I am trying to implement the WP eSignature plugin on my BoldGrid WordPress site. I’m having problems with the plugin, where the page that is supposed to load when you create a new contract document doesn’t load correctly and I can’t do anything with it. I’m just wondering if there is anyone else having problems with BoldGrid and WP eSignature together. I can’t determine if it’s a BoldGrid compatibility issue I’m having or something else.
