I touched base with the developers of those plugins, and we couldn’t think of anything that might cause a redirect. Total Upkeep works entirely in the back-end of the website, so it shouldn’t cause any changes in behavior on the front-end, and Easy SEO only adds <meta> tags on the front-end.

I can see from Google’s cache that the site was working on December 11, is there anything else that has changed about the site in the past 4 days?

In my experience, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS is most often caused by issues surrounding a new SSL certificate. You might want to double-check your SiteURL and Home options and make sure that your site is set up to enforce https connections.
