    Hi,

    I’ve been attempting to purchase the premium version of your Total Upkeep plugin.

    I clicked on the ‘Buy Premium’ button at the top of https://www.boldgrid.com/wordpress-backup-plugin/ and it took me to a checkout page at https://www.boldgrid.com/central/checkout/boldgrid-backup – however before I can enter any details, an error message immediately pops up:

    OOPS! THAT’S NOT RIGHT.
    SOMETHING WENT WRONG.
    We’re sorry. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Try again and see if this corrects your problem.

    Refreshing the page doesn’t solve the problem, nor does repeating these steps using a different web browser or device. I tried creating a new account on the BoldGrid website, and then repeating the above steps whilst logged in, and the same thing happens. Something similar also occurs if I go to the checkout page for your other premium plugins, or if I go to the various billing-related pages in my account dashboard.

    Are you aware of this issue, and if so, do you have a rough idea of when will it be fixed? I am very keen to purchase this plugin as soon as possible.
