Using “w3 total cache” I found this problem: when I try to switch account (I use the OceanWP theme login popup) I get the message “Session expired, please reload the page and try again”
After clearing all caches, the problem disappears.
On the WordPress forum, we were advised to take a few steps to solve this problem.

Unfortunately, this did not help us solve the problem.We really need your help, and could provide you with access to the site with administrator rights.
