    Hi
I am trying to migrate hosts.
I was able to use al older version to restore a backup and it worked great.
Now I updated plugins from the old backup and tries to make a NEW backup, but I get an error that backup failed, unable to detect errors.

I say from your KB article, I should change the archive tool.
I tried this and now see this error:
“An error occurred when modifying cron jobs. Please try again.”

    Trying again does nothing different.

I cannot find any information as to how to solve this.

    I am using Hostinger
The preflight shows everything OK (PASS) with one orange mark saying system cron tab available? NO

Please advise on your recommended next steps.

    Thank you.

    Hi Alex-

I’m sorry to hear your experiencing some issues with backups failing but we’ll be happy to help out.

Total Upkeep makes a log every time you create a backup, and that’s going to be the place we want to check first.

Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and look for your most recent log with a name like archive-XXXXXXXX.log. If you can copy that and paste it here, we’ll be able to get some more information about what went wrong.

We had a similar concern about this same issue so definitely take a look at the answers provided in this article as well.

We look forward to assisting you further with this!
