I cannot stay connected to BoldGrid. The BoldGrid login timeouts in seconds repeatedly and will not allow me to stay signed in. I can only sign in if I access my wordpress account from WooCommerces platform. If I access my site through my host, i stay on a repeated sign in loop from BoldGrid. Please help.

I’m sorry to hear you are having a hard time logging into your site today. We’d be more than happy to help see what we can do to investigate your login issues. Just to get us started I wanted to ask some wquestions to help clarify the issues you are having.
- How long have you been experiencing the issue?
- When was the last time you were able to log in without going through Woocommerce?
- Was there any recent updates or changes to your sites that were made just before the issue started?
If you can answer the above we would be more than happy to assist you in investigating this further.

January 25, 2024 at 11:22 am #123416KelliGuestI fixed the problem. The issue started after moving my WordPress installation from a subdirectory to the root directory of my site. The WP-Config file that was installed to the root directory had a line of code that pointed to the root directory. I changed the line of code to point to the root directory instead and it fixed the issue.
