When editing my pages in the Haven theme, I have not check in any other themes I must admit, I am unable to select a font. The selection shows up behind the box that pops up when selecting text. Also any color changes that I try and make to either icons and/or text do not save and do not change. Is there a fix for this?
September 29, 2017 at 8:27 am #23624Arnel CMemberHello,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the Haven theme when trying to make changes to the font and colors. I tested this on my own site using the same theme and I am unable to duplicate the issue. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of BoldGrid and the theme. Both of them can be updated in their respective sections. If the problem continues, then please provide us a URL that you are using and more information such as the version of WordPress you’re using and steps to duplicate the issue in order for us to troubleshoot this issue in more depth. You are welcome to contact the live technical support team of your hosting service for immediate assistance.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Kindest regards,

I am using the latest version of the Chrome browser. The WordPress (4.8.2), plugins, and themes are all up to date and are not showing that they need to be updated.I attempted using IE and there seems to be more issues than with Chrome. In IE, when going to add new page and/or add new blog post, it isn’t allowing me to click or type any content into the ‘white box’. I can enter a title if I want but not anything into the body. When clicking ‘Add Gridblock’ it does nothing, same thing with ‘Add Contact Form’. I have logged out and back into my site to make sure this wasn’t the issue.
In Chrome, unlike in IE, I can type in content into the body of the new page or the blog post. When adding ‘gridblocks’ it doesn’t show up in the main body, rather it shows up in the AMP editor so I end up having to cut/paste the html into the body of the main deal. While in the ‘Add Gridblock’ it doesn’t add it to the left side of the screen in ‘real time’, instead I have to click the ‘X’ and the top right and then view what I have added in the AMP editor… It reminds me of logging into SSH where you don’t see your password that you’re typing. Upon disabling the ‘Accelerated Mobile Pages’ plugin (I know this does not belong to you but may be worth looking into) the theme is now working perfectly.
So in short, the problem is with BoldGrid and Accelerated Mobile Pages being enabled together… Don’t know how to fix this but as stated above, it may be worth looking into?

Thanks for contacting us about this issue. I was unable to replicate the issue in chrome. I am Currently using version Version 61.0.3163.100 for Ubuntu. Have you tried disabling all the extensions in your browser and clearing the cache to see if the issue persists?
Best Regards,
Kyle M
