Mac High Sierra 10.13.6
Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari
Have tried two themes so far in staging, and the font dropdown doesn’t work–no other fonts appear. Doesn’t work in any of the font customizing options. In other words, I am unable to change the fonts.
I am extremely frustrated since I have already paid for a custom key.

Thanks for submitting a question about the font dropdown not working in the customizer. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to replicate this issue using a mac. It’s possible the issue is isolated to your WordPress installation. Are there are any other plugins installed on your site that could be affecting the behavior of the dropdown? If not, you may want to consider re-installing BoldGrid and running any available WordPress updates.
Best,
Christopher M.
July 31, 2018 at 3:00 pm #22245Anonymous UserMemberHi, Christopher, thanks for responding.
I re-installed the plugins, and I still have the issue.
I am able to adjust the font in the in-page editing, on a paragraph-by-paragraph basis (fun!), but that doesn’t allow me to change the heading fonts.
Can you please point me to where I can change this in the CSS or give me a bit of additional code to add in the Additional CSS? I want to change the font family.
Thanks so much.

Also, are you using any other plugins for fonts on the site? This may also involve other “design” plugins for your WordPress site. Please provide us this information and we can investigate further.
