Hi,
When trying to use the boldgrid backup plugin with the site hosted on Google Compute Engine I am receiving the follwing error below
Can anyone provide insight? Can boldgrid backup be used on GCE? IF so what do I need to change to get this to work?
Thanks
Jeff

Thank you for contacting us about a failed test when using the backup plugin. The first test “Home directory writable? No” indicates you may not have permission to create/edit files there. Due to this, I recommend checking your file/folder permissions to ensure you are able to “Write” to the Home directory.
Thank you,
John-Paul

It looks like your system does not support zip, You will need to install it on your server for the plugin to work. The LZF, and safe mode are optional, The backup directory should be created automatically when it has everything it needs to function.
Best Regards,

Done that and now still getting this error. Has anyone else used boldgrid backup on Google Compute VM? the backup compatability page goes to a 404 so cannot ascertain if GPE is even supported! Thanks for any advice anyone can provide!
