Does CLOUD WORDPRESS allow for a free instance of a website or is this paid from the start?
How long do I have to sign up for? I am a small business and will not be using this plugin often. Maybe once a year.
Is this month to month?
What is the cancelation policy?Thank for you help.

March 11, 2022 at 2:27 pm #48433Shaun VineGuestI signed up for Cloud WordPress but when I try to view the Cloud website I get this message:
SERVICE UNAVAILABLE
The Cloud WordPress you’re requesting is currently unavailable. Your site may be in maintenance mode. Please try again in a few minutes.I has been this way since about 11am March 10th.
Please can you provide a solution.
Thanks,

The “Service Unavailable” message is just due to the sheer amount of Cloud WordPress users who are active at the same time. We have over 75,000 active websites signed on and using the service. The error message normally only last about 3 – 5 minutes on average. You can try clearing your cache and reloading the page or try accessing the URL in a different web browser.
Keep in mind “Cloud WordPress” is for site staging and development purposes only and should not be used in place of a traditional web host.
March 11, 2022 at 2:48 pm #48447Shaun VineGuestHi Brandon,
Yes, I am only using this for development. Just wanted to clarify that this has nothing to do with the fact that in the url it states “trial”?

I have an idea as to what’s going on. You mentioned you recently created your BoldGrid Central account. I think you may have created your website instance before confirming your email address for your BoldGrid Central account. Any installation created without a confirmed email is flagged to expire after 48 hours.
Even if your email address has already been confirmed that doesn’t retroactively remove the expiration date from preexisting installs. Meaning if you created the website before confirming your email the website would have still been deleted.
You can visit the Cloud WordPress section of your BoldGrid Central account to view your current listed websites. If you do not see any sites listed there you can spin up a new dev environment with the Create New Install button.
I hope this helps you resolve this Shaun!
