Getting a 500 error on Total Upkeep Activation

To begin troubleshooting I have some questions for you:

1.) Is this your first time installing Total Upkeep on your WordPress website or did this issue occur after your initial site backup?

2.) Are you attempting to install Total Upkeep Premium or the standard free version?

3.) Does your error appear on plugin installation or is it when you attempt to activate the Total Upkeep from the WordPress Plugin dashboard?

4.) Does your error message provide any additional information? If so can you copy/paste it into the thread here so that we can inspect it?
