Hello,
I’ve been using W3 Total Cache plugin and the site generally works well with the plugin.
When using a mobile device, however, occasionally the hamburger tab (or menu button) on the homepage stops working (i.e, clicking on it doesn’t show the menu). Note that the menu always works if the plugin is disabled. The only way I’ve managed to get it back to working is to clear the homepage cache.Still haven’t worked out what causes this issue and have been unable to replicate the problem when needed.
Could you please assist?I’m not sure if it’s a corruption, incomplete rendering or expiry of the cache file that causes this.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Regards

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please share if any other options besides the Page Cache are enabled in the General settings in W3 Total Cache and can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue? Thanks!

I’ve cheched and only Opcode cache and Page cache are enabled. I’ve tried to disable Opcode cache in General Settings but I cant as the option is grayed out.
I suspect it must be the page cache thats causing this.
Thanks,
