I have a premium account with boldgrid for navigatorsway.com. My account has gotten corrupted on the BG side and things are simply not working correctly. I cannot log-in to the BG site, it asks for my email, I submit it. It then sends me a confirmation, I click it. The email sends me back to BG, it starts to authenticate, I get a check mark on the screen, then a message that says: We cannot log you in, check back later.
My account works on the InMotion side. The BG side is corrupted. The impact is I dont get access to the premium pieces of CRIO.
Please help, InMotion cannot do anything for me.
