How can I buy plugin from Russia

Hello. Can you please tell me if there is any option to buy your plugin from Russia? If not, can you tell me if it is possible to disable button caching? The thing is that on my site to the same buttons on different pages are tied to the same links, which redirect to different pages depending on what page a particular button is on. The plugin caches the button and when clicking on it the user is redirected to the same page.
