I’m sorry to see that you unintentionally made a duplicate purchase. Unfortunately, through the BoldGrid Support website, we are only able to assist with technical issues. In order to request to cancel and refund a BoldGrid Premium Key you will need to log into BoldGrid Central. Be sure to log in using the email address associated with your purchase(s). Then from the Home tab, click on Support Request under the Manage My Account section. Fill out the form and that will go to the BoldGrid Support team that can assist you with this particular kind of request. I hope this helps!
