when my menu switches to “hamburger” style for smaller devices, the primary menu items are centered on the page, but the submenus appear left justified. Looks weird. How can I fix it?

Thank you for your question on setting the alignment for submenus. You can adjust the behavior of anything in the theme via the custom CSS tool. This is located in the Advanced tab of the Customizer. Here is where you can make any changes you want to see to the different elements.
