I’m trying to get the logo and main menu remain in place along the top of the site when the browser window is reduced to 960px. I’ve been trying to stripe out any padding on the menu items, but there is a persistent space to the right hand side of the menu, which I think is stopping me reach my goal.
Could you tell me how I can stripe out any padding and how I can control when the menu breaks to a second line please? I’m trying to mimic http://www.lexatel.com. I’m busy trying to re-develop the site and need to menus to match before I deal with the content.
Just to make sure I’m understanding you, you would like the logo to stay in place on the left side of the main menu no matter the screen size, correct? In order to do so you may have to set new CSS break points to override the themes default styling.
You may be able to accomplish this with a custom page header. You can refer to this article to help you get familiar with building custom page headers.
I hope this helps.
