I am building a site for a client and want to do it using Cloud WordPress then download the site files for uploading to his GoDaddy account.
I created a free Cloud WordPress install, but when I click the “view site” link, I get a “not supported” error message. When I click the login link, I get a 502 Bad Gateway error.I have tried the links on multiple browsers and Windows 10 OS computers. I have also deleted the account and tried all variations of installations including setting up a snap.
The current site link is: https://demo2.cloudwp.dev/trial-13t7wwut
My intention is to upload my Elegant Fonts Divi builder to the Cloud WordPress site. My client is waiting for his first draft, and it’s frustrating to not be able to deliver.
What troubleshooting can you suggest to get this accomplished?
Thank you for your help,

Thank you for reaching out with your BoldGrid Cloud WordPress questions. I’m sorry to hear you’re having a bit of trouble but I’m sure we can help you out.
Have you tried removing the current install and redeploying the website? It’s possible that the installation was corrupted somehow.
I tried looking up your email address in our system but it did not produce any information. Do you have a different email address tied to your BoldGrid access key?
We look forward to assisting you further with this!
