I get to the login page at mydomain.com/wp-login.php There I tried to put in what I thought was my username/email and password. Didn’t work. It gave me ‘Error: Invalid Username’ and a link to reset my password. I did that.
So what I thought was my email and password logs me into https://www.boldgrid.com/, but I need to get in to edit my website. Putting those same things into the login at mydomain.com/wp-login.php , tells me my username/email is wrong. Help.Hello,
Apologies for the problems with logging into WordPress. We can not reset your password for you through the support center as we do not verify accounts for security purposes. You will need to speak with the technical support team associated with your hosting account. They will be able to look at your account and help you to recover your password if the password recovery options provided by WordPress are not working. Apologies again that we cannot directly address this issue.
