How can I reset my WordPress admin password?

Hi,

I was attempting to login to my website today (in-motion hosting -> Cpanel -> word press manager by in-motion hosting -> login). When I get to the Bold Grid Sign in my email and/or password don’t work. Further, when I go to my website externally I see a number of my pages have disappeared. Specifically my top bar and my side bar/widgets. I can find and access those pages individually via searches/direct links; however, I’m unable to get past the Bold Grid sign in. Any help with one or both issues would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out with your questions. It sounds like you are looking to get your WordPress Admin Dashboard password reset. While BoldGrid makes the software that you use to build your website, we don’t have any access to your website to be able to tell your password or email address used.

We do have a detailed guide on 5 different ways you can reset your password, including several that you can use without knowing the email address.
